Role Overview — AI Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead and grow a team of junior and senior AI engineers, while remaining deeply hands‑on technically.

This role combines technical leadership, mentorship, and delivery ownership. You will guide architecture and implementation decisions, ensure high engineering standards, and drive execution using agile methodologies.

Projects typically focus on one primary domain—either LLM‑based agentic systems or computer vision systems—based on customer needs and team expertise.

What the Team Works On

The team delivers AI solutions in two main domains:

1) Agentic AI & Large Language Models

• Design and implementation of agentic systems powered by LLMs
• Deployment of open‑source LLMs on NVIDIA GPUs
• High‑performance inference using NVIDIA technologies such as NVIDIA NIM (Inference Microservices)
• End‑to‑end system design: APIs, services, and inference pipelines

2) Computer Vision & Deep Learning

• Development of advanced computer vision systems
• CNN‑ and transformer‑based models for real‑world vision tasks
• Detection, segmentation, tracking, and video analytics
• Performance optimization and GPU acceleration

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AI systems
• Review code and technical designs to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Drive best practices in software engineering, AI development, and performance optimization
• Support complex debugging, optimization, and production issues

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead a team of senior and junior AI engineers
• Mentor engineers and support their technical and professional growth
• Own technical execution and delivery commitments
• Collaborate with product, customers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Agile & Process

• Lead agile execution: sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups and ensure team alignment
• Promote continuous improvement in development processes and delivery practices

Requiremnets:

• Requirements BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI (or equivalent)
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks Proven experience delivering production-grade AI systems
• Strong system design and architectural skills
• Domain Expertise (One or More) LLM / Agentic Systems: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Designing agentic workflows and AI-driven systems
• Deploying and optimizing open-source LLMs for inference
• Computer Vision: Strong background in computer vision and deep learning Hands-on experience with detection, segmentation, and tracking systems
• Experience with real-time or near-real-time vision pipelines

Nice to Have

Experience with NVIDIA technologies (CUDA, TensorRT, Triton, NVIDIA NIM) Experience with GPU performance profiling and optimization Background in high-performance, low-latency, or edge AI systems Experience working in consulting or customer-facing environments
