We are seeking an experienced Informatica / ETL Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and leading complex data integration processes within large-scale environments. The role involves full ownership of ETL solutions, from requirements analysis and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS) and/or Informatica PowerCenter
• Lead end-to-end ETL development activities, including requirements intake, solution design, implementation, testing, and production deployment
• Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows integrating multiple systems and data sources, including:
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, DB2 AS400
• Files: XML, flat files (MF), CSV
• Messaging systems: MQ, Kafka
• Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Provide rapid response to ad-hoc business requests and production issues
• Optimize performance of existing ETL processes and improve overall system efficiency
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• At least 3 years of strong SQL experience, including complex query development and data management
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex development processes
• Experience working in an AWS cloud environment
• Relevant academic degree
• Familiarity with open systems and microservices architectures
• Knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and components
