As a Data Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for building high-performance streaming pipelines and managing the scalable cloud infrastructure that powers our entire data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-latency data pipelines using Spark Structured Streaming and Kafka.
• Automate and manage data infrastructure on GCP using Terraform.
• Architect, build and maintain our Data Lakehouse using Apache Iceberg, Parquet, and GCS.
• Implement robust data pipelines processes and data products using Apache Spark and Airflow.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure data platform reliability and performance.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Data Platform Engineer
• High proficiency with Apache Spark and Apache Kafka
• Experience with Scala / Java / Python
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Code
• Experience with Apache Airflow
• Familiar with BigQuery and Google Cloud - Advantage
