We are expanding and deepening analytical ownership within the Growth & Products pillar and continuing to scale our world-class, growth-focused product analytics team. This is a unique opportunity to join as a key contributor and lead product analytics for one of Classic Growth teams- art of one of the company’s most foundational and diverse product domains, focused on driving growth, focused on unlocking growth opportunities and building deep insight into Monday’s users and their needs.
As a Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, optimizing and accelerating the product strategy, strengthening the analytics approach and delivering insights that shape the product’s future. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and designers to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems, and influence the product’s roadmap through clear, actionable insights.
About The Role
- Act as the primary analytical focal point for your group and main stakeholders
- Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities and directly determine the product roadmap
- Responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offerings
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.
- Conduct opportunity sizing and impact assessment to ensure the team focuses on the most meaningful growth levers and highest-ROI initiatives
- Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
- Proficiency level of SQL - must
- You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
- You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
- You have proven experience defining and validating product metrics.
- You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, SQL
- You have a strong statistical background and deep understanding of experimentations.
