We are a leading embedded systems company in central Israel, designing advanced power and motion control technologies for industrial automation, robotics, aerial systems, and electric vehicles. We are growing rapidly and looking for a hands-on senior board designer to lead next-generation power management and motion control products, including advanced control systems for drones, robotics, and defense applications.

What you will do

• Lead board design end to end: architecture, schematics, layout guidance, bring-up, validation, and release.
• Own hardware documentation across the lifecycle: BOMs, manufacturing files, work instructions, and ECOs.
• Support manufacturing and subcontractors (PCB/PCBA), drive DFM and DFT, and resolve production issues.
• Perform bring-up, lab debugging, and validation of power stages, control circuits, interfaces, sensors, and communication buses.
• Define and execute verification and qualification testing (functional, stress, environmental, ATP/ATR as needed).
• Work closely with embedded and firmware teams on HW/FW integration and board-level investigations.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in board-level hardware design (analog, digital, power).
• Strong bring-up and lab/debug skills (scope, analyzer, electronic loads, etc.).
• Experience with schematic capture (OrCAD) and PCB layout tools.
• Embedded systems integration experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with PCB manufacturing and assembly.
• English communication skills.

Advantages

• Priority ERP experience (BOM, ECO, production interaction).
• EMC/EMI experience and relevant standards (MIL-STD-704/810/461/1275 or similar).
• Motion control and/or power electronics background.
