We are looking for a proactive and experienced Field Application Engineer to join our team in Netanya. In this role, you will be the go-to technical resource in Israel, developing system solutions for leading automotive customers. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize products, deliver innovative solutions, and provide top-tier customer support. Are you in?

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Contribute to the development and implementation of modern automotive electronic systems
• Act as the technical go-to person in Israel for system solutions for key automotive customers
• Support go-to-market activities by providing technical solutions, designs, and tools for customers’ applications
• Proactively work on optimized system solutions for customers while collaborating with the European Field Application Engineering Team, the Account Managers, product experts and business lines
• Provide first-level customer support, focusing on digital products like Microcontrollers, Ethernet Switches/Bridges, Memories, and Power Supply products
• Capture requirements in close cooperation with the business line for the development of new products
• Validate customer applications and collaborate to optimize their performance and integration
• Prepare and execute customer presentations and application training sessions
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field
• At least 4 years of professional experience as an Application Engineer or Development Engineer in automotive applications
• Knowledge of Microcontrollers, Ethernet Switches & Bridges, and Memory products
• Experience with EE-Architectures or In-Vehicle Network applications (preferred)
• Skills in C programming and experience with tools such as oscilloscopes, debuggers, and logic analyzers
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
