What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure behind our platform. You’ll take a hands-on role across infrastructure, automation, reliability, and developer experience, partnering closely with backend, security, and product teams to design and operate secure, scalable, and highly observable systems.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe deployments
• Develop automation and internal tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve engineering efficiency
• Act as a technical authority and mentor for the other DevOps team members and backend engineers
• Support developers with day-to-day operational needs and continuously improve developer experience (DevEx)
• Architect new services and re-architect existing systems with scalability, performance, and security in mind
• Build and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting (Datadog)
• Implement scaling, performance, and failover mechanisms for critical services
• Collaborate closely with DevSecOps to enable and integrate security tooling across environments
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response (with a focus on prevention, not heroics)
  
  

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring:

• Senior-level experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles
• Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Strong coding skills in Go and/or Python
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and reliability
• Experience owning production systems end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
