A growing company undergoing organizational and processes optimization is seeking a Priority ERP system analyst and Developer. The successful candidate will lead, implement, and develop extensions for the organization’s core Priority ERP system. Supporting approximately 200 users, the role aims to improve business processes, streamline data flow, and support operational continuity and technological innovation within the Priority web.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and Implementation of business processes in Priority for Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Service, Sales and more.

2. Enhancement Development of screens, reports, forms, and interfaces (API/SQL).

3. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution, deveopment deployment, and system upgrades.

4. User Engagement, providing ongoing training and support across all organizational departments.

5. Writing Functional and Technical Specification documents and overseeing testing processes (QA).

6. Leading Technological Projects, including collaboration with external vendors.

7. Continuous Process Improvement while adhering to the organization’s information security policies.



Professional Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience in Priority implementation and development.

· Deep knowledge of modules: Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, Service, Sales, and Projects.

· Proficiency in SQL development and knowledge of API.

· Systemic understanding of business processes and the ability to conduct independent characterization.

· High level of independence, ownership, and communication skills , Ability to work as part of a teamHigh-level English proficiency.

· Experience in a manufacturing or defense organization – a significant advantage.

· Familiarity and experience working with BI tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Response time and resolution of system malfunctions.

· Meeting deadlines in development and implementation projects.

· User satisfaction levels.

· Quality of implementation and development – minimizing bugs and revisions.
