We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a backend orientation to join our AI and API Connect core team. If you are passionate about creating intuitive and high impact user interfaces, working with advanced AI technologies, building strong API infrastructures and developing intelligent connectivity layers that enhance user experiences, SysAid is the place for you.

In this role, you will contribute to AI driven features, optimize backend architectures for scalable AI workloads, develop and maintain API infrastructure, design connectivity and integration layers and help shape the future of intelligent automation in our platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop AI capabilities in the backend using Node.js, build and maintain robust API and connectivity infrastructure, while creating advanced React-based applications as part of global SaaS platforms.
• Take ownership of both backend and frontend features, with a strong emphasis on backend excellence
• Upgrade and enhance existing code, implementing the latest standards and technologies
• Work with TypeScript, and modern development tools (Webpack, Vite, Jest)
• Collaborate within an Agile team, contributing to technical decisions and shaping the user experience

Ensure system performance, code quality, and ongoing maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

• 4 years of experience in web development, primarily backend, with full-stack capabilities
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
• Experience with React and frontend development
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools, an advantage
• Creative thinker, problem solver, and a strong team player
• Team player with creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Bonus Point - Experienced in designing and deploying vector databases for semantic search, as well as developing AI-driven applications leveraging RAG techniques.
