Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and proactive Information System Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Jerusalem. In this hands-on, on-site role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the data backbone of our advanced production processes — from raw data to actionable insights — while driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end production databases
• Design and implement advanced production dashboards for real-time monitoring and decision-making
• Monitor and continuously enhance process quality control
• Leverage AI tools to detect anomalies, build predictive models, and identify opportunities for process optimization
• Perform in-depth process analysis with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Information Systems and data management
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Dataverse — Advanced
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience — significant advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Excellent English (reading & writing) — required
• Experience with AI/ML tools for anomaly detection or predictive analytics — advantage
