Our growing Data department is looking for a CRM and Retention Data Analyst.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is sharp, autodidactic, and collaborative. You will deep dive into data, analyze patterns, identify trends, define, and develop KPIs and other measurement tools. Provide insights into the performance of our retention team.
Responsibilities:
- Support of ongoing analytical needs of the CRM and Retention team
- Analyze effectiveness and performance across multiple channels (Emails, SMS, Push, etc), providing actionable insight for data-led optimization
- Translate business questions into data analyses and clear insights
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Design, analyze, and evaluate tests and experiments
- Work with large and complex datasets to support strategic and operational decisions
- Combine data from multiple sources to create a complete view of user behavior
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data is used effectively in decision-making
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM/Retention analytics - a must
- Strong SQL skills - ability to write complex queries and time-based analyses - a must (BigQuery - advantage)
- Proficient in Excel - a must
- Working knowledge of BI visualization/analytic tools like Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI (Tableau - Advantage)
- Solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem, including funnels, cohorts, attribution, and lifecycle analysis
- Comfortable analyzing data independently and explaining findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple analytical tasks in parallel
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Professional-level English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the RFM-E model
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) data structure
- Basic JS, familiarity with Google Apps Scripts
