🚀 We’re hiring a DBA | Cybersecurity R&D DevOps Team 🚀

We’re looking for a hands-on Database Administrator to join a large and growing cybersecurity company building a modern, cloud-native SASE platform at scale.

This role goes far beyond classic infrastructure — you’ll take real ownership of our data layer, working closely with R&D, SRE, and DevOps teams from design to production. You’ll be responsible for MongoDB (Atlas), optimizing data models, indexes, and queries, and supporting high-scale production environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and operate production databases (MongoDB Atlas, Redis, MQs)

• Partner with developers on data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization

• Lead database upgrades, reliability, and scalability efforts

• Support mission-critical systems in a high-growth environment

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3+ years of hands-on DBA experience

• Strong MongoDB knowledge (AWS experience is a plus)

• A proactive, hands-on mindset and strong collaboration skills

📍 Location: Tel Aviv

🏢 Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
