The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer to lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across the organization, reporting to the Business Technology Lead and working closely with business stakeholders. This is a high-impact role combining technical depth with strong business context in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop using Apex and build Flows and process automation.
• Manage Salesforce data model, permissions, and security.
• Build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (Aura is a plus).
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs).
• Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end — from requirements through go-live.
• Handle tickets, support business users, and continuously improve usability and performance.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce, including Apex development and Flows.
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including security and permissions management.
• Experience leading technology projects and implementing systems.
• Experience building integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple streams of work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Salesforce certifications — a plus.
