Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role focuses on testing, validation, and quality assurance of embedded systems for cutting-edge aviation platforms. You will work closely with software, hardware, and system teams to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our products.

Requirements:

Education & Background:

• Electrical or Software Technician (Practical Engineer) with mid-level experience
• or
• Electrical or Software Engineer – Junior level, with proven coding abilities

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in embedded software development or embedded QA
• Hands-on experience in testing embedded systems
• Aviation industry experience – required / strong advantage

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of C programming
• Good knowledge of scripting languages and test automation frameworks
• Basic knowledge of reading and understanding hardware schematics
• Basic (at least) knowledge of communication protocols, including: Ethernet, RS-232, CAN

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures for embedded systems
• Perform manual and automated testing at various system levels
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with R&D teams to resolve issues
• Participate in system integration, validation, and verification activities
• Support compliance with aviation standards and quality requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation infrastructure
