The Opportunity

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer who wants to do more than just maintain pipelines. In this role, you will own the entire infrastructure lifecycle of a mission-critical AI product. You will be the Technical Authority bridging the gap between our R&D and the complex IT environments of our enterprise clients. If you are a builder who enjoys solving "hard engineering" problems (security, scale, hybrid-cloud) and wants to see their architecture run in the real world—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Infrastructure as Product: Architect and maintain modular Terraform and Helm charts that support multi-region Kubernetes clusters across diverse environments.
• The Technical Face of Insait: Lead high-level architecture workshops with client DevOps teams. You will design how our product runs securely within their private networks.
• Solve the Hybrid Challenge: Standardize deployments across AWS, Azure, and strict Private Cloud / Air-gapped environments. You’ll make our AI run smoothly where internet access is limited and security is tight.
• Platform Engineering: Treat internal tooling as a first-class citizen. Use Python to automate complex workflows and build self-service mechanisms for our developers.

What You Bring

• Engineering First: You approach operations with a software engineering mindset. You prefer code over manual configuration.
• Cloud Depth: Deep expertise in AWS or Azure is a must. Willingness to master both is required.
• The Core Stack: You live and breathe Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm. You understand their internals, not just how to run them.
• Coding: Strong proficiency in Python for automation (beyond simple scripting).
• Networking Savvy: Solid understanding of DNS, VPCs, Load Balancing, and network security constraints.
• Communication: Fluent Hebrew and excellent English. You are comfortable leading technical discussions with external stakeholders.
