Waves Audio is a world leader in professional audio processing, known for its industry-standard software & hardware that empower creators, musicians, producers, engineers, and audio professionals worldwide.

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst supporting the Digital Marketing team by delivering performance analysis, insights, and improvements to measurements across channels. The role combines marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and hands-on work with core marketing and tracking tools.

The analyst works daily with the Digital Marketing team and receives technical guidance from the Data & Analytics team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion funnels, user behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI, targeting, and measurement accuracy.
  • Manage and operate Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and validation.
  • Support performance optimization for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage predictive analysis tools.
  • Operate the Marketing Orchestration platform in collaboration with the team.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team on data extraction, enrichment, and troubleshooting.
  • Create dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Contribute to audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Ensure high-quality tracking and reliable measurement across marketing systems.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience in campaign measurement and performance analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Knowledge in newsletter metrics, analysis, and customer journeys.
  • Ability to extract insights and translate data into business recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and funnels.
  • Strong analysis abilities to connect data with business insights.


Preferred

  • Experience with predictive models or marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of attribution models.
  • Experience in B2C, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/Node.js for tracking-related tasks.
