We are looking for a BI Developer with 2 years of experience, strong technical skills, and a high motivation to learn and grow.

The role involves developing, maintaining, and improving BI processes across the organization, while working closely with multiple teams to implement new, cross organizational data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data analysis, insights, and decision making.
• Optimize queries and data processes to ensure high system performance.
• Integrate data from multiple source systems into the company’s BI environment.
• Support and improve reporting and analytics processes for internal teams and project managers.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a BI / Data Analyst / BI Developer role.
• Hands on experience with Power BI
• Experience developing ETL processes using SSIS
• SQL skills, including writing complex queries and data analysis - required.
• Experience or familiarity with Data Warehouse (DWH) environments - an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow.
