Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled RF and Antenna Engineer to join our multidisciplinary development team. The role involves designing, simulating, testing, and optimizing RF circuits and antenna systems for advanced communication products. The candidate will take part in all stages of development, from concept and modeling through lab validation and integration into full systems.

Responsibilities:

·     Design and integrate receiver and transmitter modules in sub-1GHz and 2.4GHz bands.

·      Design and development of various antenna types for various frequency bands (LTE, GNSS, WiFi/BLE, Sub1G).

·      Perform electromagnetic simulations using tools such as CST, analyze, and optimize the results.

·      Integrate RF modules with digital hardware and software systems.

·      Execute RF testing and measurements using Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, and Oscilloscope.

·      Resolve coexistence problems between LTE, BLE, Wi‑Fi, Zigbee, and GNSS systems.

·      Integrate antenna and RF solutions into mechanical enclosures and complete system architectures.

·      Troubleshoot RF and antenna performance issues across prototypes and production units.

·      Work collaboratively with mechanical, hardware, software, and manufacturing teams.

·      Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and test plans.

·      Support transition from development to production (NPI) and oversee manufacturing considerations for RF systems.

Requirements:

·      B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a focus on RF, microwaves, or communications.

·      5+ years of hands-on experience in RF, antenna design and testing.

·      Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools (CST, HFSS, FEKO).

·      Experience with RF lab equipment: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators.

·      Knowledge of wireless communication standards (Wi-Fi, BLE, LTE, GNSS, Sub-1G).

·      Strong understanding of high-frequency PCB design and RF circuit principles.

·      Ability to work independently and solve complex engineering problems.

·      Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Advantages:

·      Programming skills in Python or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
