So, what are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who loves building products end-to-end, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and wants to help shape the technical foundation of a category-defining platform.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of features and systems from idea → architecture → production
• Design and build core parts of the Bliss platform and its underlying architecture
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Work autonomously and comfortably execute features end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to turn complex requirements into elegant solutions
• Participate in architectural decisions and help shape long-term technical direction
• Build and maintain scalable front-end experiences using React, NextJS
• Develop and evolve backend services using Node.js / NestJS
• Develop and scale AI-driven agentic systems and services.
• Design and implement APIs that power consumer and internal experiences
• Balance speed and quality while meeting ambitious product timelines

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience with 5+ years of hands-on JavaScript
• Strong experience in designing and developing scalable microservices architectures
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of React, NextJS
• Experience building backend services with Node.js and/or NestJS
• Experience with API design and development
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Rollup, or similar
• Experience working with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular)
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficient in working with both relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Proven ability to interact with major LLMs and optimize performance through effective prompt engineering.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the product you build
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed
• Proficient in leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate feature design and software development.

• Experience building consumer-facing or marketplace products
• Background in HealthTech, AI-driven products, or regulated industries
• Experience working on platforms that operate at the intersection of UX, data, and complex business logic
• Prior experience helping define or evolve system architecture at an early-stage company
