abra professional services is seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead – Cloud & AI to lead the technical design, architecture, and hands-on development of complex enterprise web platforms, integrating modern cloud technologies and Generative AI solutions.

This is a full-time position located in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of complex enterprise web applications.
• Drive hands-on Full Stack development using React or Angular, .NET Core, C#, and Microservices architecture.
• Design and implement Cloud Native solutions, REST APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, development standards, technical guidance, and code quality management.
• Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, effort estimation, and end-to-end delivery.
• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions within enterprise production environments.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience developing enterprise digital web platforms, including at least 8 years in a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or equivalent role in complex projects – mandatory.
• Proven experience leading the technical design and implementation of at least 3 complex projects successfully deployed to production, including at least one web or mobile application – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience within the last 8 years designing and implementing cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Cloud Native architecture, CI/CD, and collaboration with DevOps and Infrastructure teams – mandatory.
• Strong hands-on Full Stack development experience with React or Angular and .NET Core / C# – mandatory.
• Experience designing Microservices architectures, developing REST APIs, and integrating enterprise systems – mandatory.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, best practices, effort estimation, and code quality management – mandatory.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and end-to-end delivery – mandatory.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Generative AI solutions successfully deployed to production, involving technologies such as LLMs, RAG, NLP, Embeddings, AI Agents, or enterprise system integrations – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Cursor – mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience leading organizational technology and infrastructure-related processes – mandatory.
• Native-level Hebrew and strong English proficiency, including technical documentation and communication with international vendors – mandatory.
• Relevant academic degree, qualifying technical education, or recognized technological service background, in accordance with the position's educational requirements – mandatory.
