Responsibilities
- Design, develop & maintain BI assets - data models and intuitive solutions that put reliable insights in users’ hands.
- Create new data solutions while continuously optimizing existing pipelines, models, and tables to improve performance, scalability, and data quality.
- Build and own the core Marketing data stack (tables, dashboards, reports) that powers daily campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable data pipelines and models, enabling seamless consumption through reporting.
- Manage and evolve the underlying data architecture so it accurately reflects changing business needs, ensuring consistency, integrity, and high availability of data.
- Lead end-to-end BI initiatives and projects - from scoping, development, and testing through deployment, documentation, and ongoing monitoring - while handling ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Product, Monetization, Data Science, Finance, Analytics, and R&D) to unlock insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- Follow best practices in data engineering, exploring new technologies and methodologies to keep our BI stack cutting-edge and future-proof.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in a Big Data environment
- Vast experience in data modeling.
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Experience in DBT and Airflow.
- Scripting capabilities with Python - must
- Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift).
- Experience transforming data into visual insights and building dashboards in a BI platform (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Looker etc. Looker - advantage)
- Experience working with Appsflyer data - strong advantage.
- BA/BSC degree in: Information systems / Industrial Engineering or related field required.
