We are seeking a talented and experienced C++ software developer

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about developing high performance software and integrating advanced tools into complex systems. In this position, you’ll design and build high quality C++ and C# components, weave automated tools into clinical workflows and backend environments, and collaborate closely with AI, product, and QA teams to deliver complete end to end solutions. You’ll participate in architectural design and code reviews, optimize performance in multithreaded applications, and ensure the software is both efficient and reliable. Along the way, you’ll write clean, maintainable, well tested code and help mentor junior engineers while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements

· B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience from elite IDF technology units.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development – mandatory.

· 3+ years of experience in C# development, preferably in desktop or system-level applications- Advantage

· Strong understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture, and design patterns.

· Proven experience with multithreaded programming and performance optimization.

· Familiarity with Windows development environments, tools, and APIs.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
