About the Role:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning data into actionable insights. You will support the analytical backbone of the Duty Drawback program, helping optimize one of Global-e’s most impactful operational processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational data to support drawback claim generation and compliance. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for program visibility. 
  • Support merchant eligibility and participation analysis to uncover new revenue opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product and BI to ensure data accuracy, availability and integrity. 
  • Prepare data extracts for audits and compliance checks. 
  • Support improvements in data workflows, automation, and reporting. 



Requirements:


  • 2 years experience as a data analyst 
  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or similar – Mandatory. 
  • Strong Excel + working SQL skills – Mandatory. 
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). 
  • English proficiency. 
  • Detail-oriented analytical mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in e-commerce or finance operations - advantage
  • Knowledge of customs, trade, or duty drawback programs - advantage
