We are looking for a talented Software Cloud & Web Applications Manager to join our team and lead a talented group of engineers driving innovation in the fast-growing retail-tech world.

In this role, you’ll inspire your team, foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, and take a hands-on part in designing and developing advanced cloud-based and web technologies that shape the future of autonomous retail solutions worldwide.

💡 What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers across cloud and front-end disciplines.
• Take hands-on ownership of system design, development, and testing (Java, Go, Angular ~50%).
• Define architecture principles ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks, manage Jira execution, and conduct code/design reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, reliable, and cutting-edge software solutions.
• Drive team-building, continuous improvement, and a strong engineering culture.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing software teams in a cloud-based environment.
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with backend technologies (Linux, Go, Java, Python, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with a record of delivering high-quality software.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Experience with IoT or retail-tech solutions – a significant advantage.
