Mira (a spin-off of Wishi) is reimagining personal styling through AI - an agent trained on millions of real sessions from Wishi’s global network of expert stylists.

We’re looking for a hands-on CTO to lead our Tel Aviv–based R&D team and build the core technology behind the next generation of AI-powered commerce.

What you’ll do:

• Define and execute Mira’s technical vision, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary R&D team across backend, frontend, and AI/ML.
• Oversee the development of proprietary recommendation models and real-time personalization systems.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver fast, scalable, and delightful user experiences.
• Own infrastructure, data, and model deployment pipelines from prototype to production.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ in a leadership role.
• Proven success building and scaling AI/ML-driven products - ideally in consumer or commerce.
• Deep knowledge of modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data architecture.
• Strong background in Python, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• A builder’s mindset: hands-on, creative, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
