We’re looking for a Web Team Lead who thrives on collaboration, embraces experimentation, and is driven by creating meaningful impact at speed.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 8+ years developing and scaling high-traffic websites, including 3+ years in a leadership role.



  • B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven success in B2B SaaS web development and marketing funnel optimization.



  • Technical Skills: Expert in WordPress, React, TypeScript, CSS3, with strong knowledge of integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, Chili Piper, or similar).



  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with marketing web infrastructure: Cloudflare, caching, CDN configuration, and optimization.



  • Analytics & SEO: Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion optimization.



  • Project Management: Proven experience managing sprints and workflows in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.



  • UX & Problem-Solving: Deep understanding of UX principles, with the ability to identify and implement technical solutions to business and user challenges.



  • Collaboration: A team-player mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align web performance with business goals.



  • Innovation Mindset: Passion for AI and building fast, reliable, and conversion-driven user experiences.


Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Own:
  • Website Ownership: Manage and evolve hibob.com into a best-in-class growth and marketing platform.



  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and QA engineers to ship, test, and optimize quickly.



  • Design System & CMS: Maintain and evolve the site’s design system and CMS for scalability, structure, and stability.



  • Integrations & Tools: Manage web tools, QA automation tools, and third-party/API integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, Chili Piper, etc.).



  • Performance & Reliability: Own site reliability and performance—monitor production, troubleshoot, and solve scaling challenges proactively.



  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Security, DevOps, and R&D to drive measurable business growth.



  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with CRO, Product Management, and Performance teams on conversion-driven experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.



  • Agency Management: Manage outsourced development agencies supporting website operations.
