What Will You Do?

  • Lead and mentor the BI team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in analytics delivery while owning both team deliverables and cross-functional outputs that serve the organization.
  • Define and execute the BI strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and ensuring that analytics directly support organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor and technology relationships related to BI tools, cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT frameworks, and dashboarding platforms.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Cloud/Ops to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the company's data ecosystem, including the data warehouse (DWH), data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, ensuring reliability, scalability, accuracy, and security.
  • Integrate internal and external data sources to deliver timely, high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights that drive business impact.
  • Promote strong data governance and consistency by standardizing metrics, documentation, and analytics best practices across the organization.
  • Continuously improve BI capabilities through automation, self-service analytics, and the adoption of modern BI tools and technologies.

What Will You Need?

  • 3+ years of experience leading a BI or Analytics team, with a strong track record of influencing business strategy and driving measurable impact.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI and/or Data Engineering environments, with the ability to dive into technical challenges when needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, preferably Snowflake.
  • Experience with dbt, Rivery, or similar data transformation and orchestration tools, with a solid understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
  • Strong capability to translate business problems into analytics solutions and into actionable insights, build dashboards, derive insights, and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to engage business leaders, articulate value of analytics, manage expectations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Git & Python.
  • Experience managing or analyzing ARR and other recurring revenue metrics.
