About The Role

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer / Vibe Coder to join our fast-paced startup-like team. You will be instrumental in supporting the development of scalable backend services and microservices, learning modern technologies, and contributing to solutions that power our global SaaS platform. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in an innovative, AI-centric environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and modern frameworks.
• Assist in designing and optimizing RESTful APIs for integration.
• Contribute to the development and integration of AI agents and services utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) within the backend architecture.
• Support the architecture and enhancement of microservices for performance and scalability.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis) on efficient data access patterns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, robust, and scalable solutions.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to process and technology improvements.
  
  

Requirements:

• Good programming background - BA/Bsc in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable abilities to complete tasks fast with and without AI agents.
• Basic understanding or hands-on experience with Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Knowledge of or strong interest in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) and basic knowledge of Redis or other caching layers.
• Knowledge of API platforms.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
