Join abra as a Medium DevOps Team Lead and steer a dynamic team to enhance our development and operations processes.

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to own and lead the DevOps domain behind our large-scale autonomous robotic systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical ownership, architecture, and close collaboration with multiple engineering teams.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team while staying hands-on
• Own production infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and field deployments
• Design, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based platforms
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Drive reliability, scalability, security, and observability
• Work closely with Embedded, Core, Full-Stack, QA, and Algorithm teams
• Lead incident response and postmortems
• Define DevOps best practices and long-term roadmap
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong production experience with Linux
• Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes
• Strong experience with Docker and container platforms
• Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), preference for GCP
• Experience with GitOps workflows using Flux and or ArgoCD
• Strong understanding of networking and distributed systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, or similar)
• Experience with monitoring, observability, profiling, and APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, APM solutions)
• Working knowledge of MongoDB, including deployment and operational aspects
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
• Proven technical leadership and ownership mindset
