Job Summary

Our team, within the Telco Verification Pillar, is creating and running a CI/CD service that helps our Testing Teams to automate their testing activities. As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Testing Automation, CI/CD, and DevOps, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our CI/CD service and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices.

What You Will Do

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate testing and deployment processes seamlessly.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible or similar.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. (Openshift Knowledge is a plus)
• Identify test coverage gaps in existing test pipelines, propose and develop new automated tests where applicable in collaboration with the test teams (FT, ST, SLCM)
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing automation, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices and technical skills.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on testing automation, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or Go.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible or similar.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
