What You Will Do:

We're looking for a BI Developer to join our Data & BI team. As a BI Developer You'll be playing a crucial role in building and maintaining our business intelligence infrastructure.

As a BI Developer at IRONSCALES, you'll bridge the gap between raw data and business insights, creating dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions that empower our Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D, and Marketing teams to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights across multiple business functions
• Create intuitive visualizations that tell compelling data stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Implement AI-powered features in dashboards including predictive analytics, forecasting, and automated insights
• Design and implement robust data models in Snowflake that support efficient querying and reporting
• Develop and optimize dimensional models (star/snowflake schemas) for analytics use cases
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across all BI solutions
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using dbt and Boomi/Rivery to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets
• Write complex SQL queries and transformations in Snowflake for data preparation
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring within ETL workflows
• Build predictive analytics solutions for forecasting and trend analysis
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and proactively suggest innovative applications to existing processes
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions
  
  

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or related role
• Advanced SQL proficiency - complex queries, window functions, CTEs, query optimization
• Tableau expertise - dashboard development, calculated fields, parameters, actions, and performance optimization
• Snowflake expertise - data warehousing concepts, SQL dialect, performance tuning and familiarity with Semantic Models, Cortex AI, Cortex Analyst
• Python knowledge - understanding of data manipulation, scripting, and automation
• ETL tools experience - hands-on with dbt and data integration platforms (Boomi/Rivery or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (high level required)
• Innovation-driven mindset with curiosity about emerging technologies
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
