Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.
Role Overview:
Wonderful is hiring a Salesforce Administrator who moves quickly, builds with precision, and knows how to architect internal systems that accelerate growth. A high-leverage, high-ownership position responsible for implementing, optimizing, and continuously improving the core workflows that drive revenue, forecasting, lifecycle management, and operational visibility.
You’ll own Salesforce end-to-end: customizing objects, building automations, improving data hygiene, and partnering with GTM teams to ensure our systems match the pace of the business. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our BI foundation - with hands-on opportunities in Tableau and the potential to help centralize our data into a modern warehouse (Snowflake, Athena, or similar).
This role is perfect for someone who loves autonomy, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to build internal infrastructure that scales with a category-defining AI company.
What you’ll do
- Own the Salesforce roadmap - design, build, and maintain workflows, automations, layouts, integrations, and customizations that streamline GTM operations.
- Partner closely with sales, success, marketing, and operations to translate messy requirements into clean, scalable system implementations.
- Build fast: prototype, test, and deploy changes quickly while maintaining reliability and quality.
- Create high-impact dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Tableau that give teams instant clarity on pipeline, forecasting, revenue performance, and operational bottlenecks.
- Improve and enforce data hygiene, governance, and system integrity across all GTM teams.
- Identify inefficiencies in our current GTM workflow and take initiative to rebuild processes from the ground up.
- Own user management, permissions, and overall org configuration with a high bar for security and reliability.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and product to integrate Salesforce with internal tools and AI-driven workflows.
- Support the central BI engine - contributing to data modeling, source-of-truth definitions, and the evolution toward a modern data warehouse environment (Athena, Snowflake, etc.).
- Serve as the internal expert for Salesforce best practices, coaching teams on how to use the system effectively and ensuring adoption of new features.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a strong track record of implementing and scaling CRM workflows.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration: flows, automation, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, roles/profiles, and integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards, reports, and GTM analytics in Salesforce; Tableau experience is a major plus.
- A builder’s mindset - you’re fast, independent, and comfortable taking an idea from “problem” to “shipped solution” without heavy guidance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate operational needs into crisp system architecture.
- Experience partnering with sales, success, and marketing teams and understanding the nuances of GTM workflows.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution - from designing the architecture to configuring the flows to validating data.
- High attention to detail, with a bias for clarity, quality, and momentum.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is strongly preferred.
- Bonus: exposure to BI infrastructure and/or data warehousing (Snowflake, Athena, BigQuery, Redshift).
