Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting.
• Work with AWS services including S3, Glue, Redshift.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into actionable data insights and KPIs.
• Development in various BI and big data tools according to best practice methodologies.
• Train and Support data consumers of our analytics platform.
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot data processes to ensure data integrity, availability, and system reliability.
  
  

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in a BI Developer or Data Engineer role within a large-scale data environment.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and data warehouse (DWH) methodologies.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex ETL workflows aligned with BI best practices (DBT - Advantage).
• Experience writing complex and optimized SQL queries.
• Proficient in Python, with a strong understanding of libraries for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, PySpark).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
• B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, quick learner, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
