As a HW Design Engineer, you will be a key member of our R&D team, responsible for end-to-end hardware development from concept through to final product. You will lead the design of advanced digital and power boards, working with cutting-edge SoCs, MCUs, and network processors.

Responsibilities :

  • development: from system concept to mass production.
  • Definition of system and component specifications.
  • Circuit simulation, modeling, schematic design, and validation.
  • PCB and flex design: schematic capture, layout guidance, and bring-up.
  • Hardware debugging at component, board, and system levels.
  • Development and execution of hardware test plans.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (SW, Mechanical, Production) to ensure robust product design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital circuit design.
  • Strong background in power electronics: buck, boost, DC-DC converters, and LDO design.
  • Hands-on experience with OrCAD or equivalent schematic/layout tools.
  • Expertise in PCB and flex design, layout best practices, and board bring-up.
  • Skilled in debugging and validating serial communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.).
  • Experience in power management design and battery life optimization.
  • Proficiency with circuit simulation tools (SPICE or equivalent).

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • 2+ years of proven hardware design experience (mandatory).
  • Advantage: Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, MIPI, DDR3/DDR4.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of PoE (Power over Ethernet) design.
  • Solid understanding of Electronic Engineering fundamentals, including Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
  • Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers).
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
