Summary

In this role, you will join a team of embedded/FW engineers focusing on system management, power, and thermal problems, working on most of Apple’s products. You’ll collaborate with various teams around the world (mainly in the US) from different disciplines and organizations (architects, HW engineers, chip designers, SW engineers, etc.). You’ll play a key role in bringing up FW in Apple’s SoCs as well as develop features for upcoming products. This role requires excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, the ability to solve and debug complex problems, and to push forward significant projects to completion.

Work closely with hardware and system teams to accomplish software/hardware integration

Actively participate in the bringup of new products (might require international travel).

Debug complex system-wide issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of embedded software/firmware design and implementation
  • Experience and proficiency in C
  • Significant experience in writing low-level drivers for hardware.
  • RTOS knowledge
  • We’re looking for someone who is creative, critical thinking, and has proven troubleshooting skills.
  • You should be highly professional, with the ability to deliver proven work on tight schedules, have excellent collaborative skills, and the ability to work closely with Silicon design and HW design engineers
  • Self-driven and independent that can push forward projects
