About the Role:
In this position, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing B2C digital customer journeys, integrating marketing strategy into each touchpoint, and delivering impactful personalized experiences. Your role will involve:
- Developing and optimizing data-driven customer journeys, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing objectives.
- Conducting deep-dive data analysis and measurement, including A/B testing and creative experimentation.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to build actionable marketing plans and drive engagement.
- Exploring and implementing advanced creative strategies to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience working with AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Relevant higher education in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer-centric marketing strategies.
