Role Overview: In this role, you will analyze acquisition and conversion across key user journeys, helping teams optimize funnels, evaluate experiments, and identify high-impact growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Marketing, Growth, Product, and R&D, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth. You will further support go-to-market initiatives and feature launches by measuring performance, uncovering drivers of success, and translating insights into action. You will be responsible for developing predictive models, reports and dashboards, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and data, where your analyses will directly influence product decisions, marketing effectiveness, and business performance, including initiatives involving AI-powered features and data-driven decisioning.


Role and Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end product analytics: define metrics, analyze user behavior, and measure performance across funnels and journeys

· Partner with Product Managers on roadmap decisions, feature launches, A/B tests, and post-launch analysis

· Analyze customer behavior, conversion, retention, and engagement across digital products and insurance flows

· Build reports and data visualizations to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders

· Translate business and product questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations

· Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities using historical and real-time data

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer journeys and support scalable, data-driven strategies



Requirements

· 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst in a product-driven environment

· Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools; Python is a strong plus

· Experience analyzing online sales funnels and running A/B tests

· Proven experience with product and growth metrics (funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, LTV)

· Experience working with Databricks and Power BI (or similar tools)

· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

· Strong business and product intuition — focused on why metrics move

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is an advantage
