About the Role: Mentaily is a digital health company transforming mental health. Work closely with AI experts, product managers, designers, and clinical stakeholders to bring automation and modular tooling into our workflows—enabling rapid delivery of innovative mental health solutions. Be responsible for building secure, scalable, and user-centric applications that support our clinical AI solutions. 

Department: Management/Technology

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI teams and clinical to streamline operational workflows using Dataverse and Logic Apps 
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps and Power Automate 
• Build secure integrations with internal systems and external services via APIs and connectors 
• Ensure secure, compliant, and accessible solutions in accordance with medical data privacy standards 
• Build dashboards and administrative tools to manage user journeys and configurations

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Machine Learning, NLP, or AI.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) – required 
• Experience integrating with AI/ML workflows (e.g., triggering Azure AI pipelines from Power Automate) 
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, and API integrations 
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
• Experience working in Azure environments – especially Azure Logic Apps, Azure AD, and Microsoft security best practices 
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure and scalable apps 
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
