Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who doesn’t just use AI tools — but knows how to work with them as part of the development process.

You’ll build end to end features across a modern TypeScript stack, work closely with Product and Design teams, and help create AI powered experiences used by real customers every day.

This role is for developers who combine strong engineering fundamentals with fast execution, ownership, and curiosity around modern AI technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Build full stack features across React frontend and Node.js backend services
• Design and maintain scalable APIs and backend systems
• Work with MSSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Deploy and manage services on AWS environments
• Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, copilots, and AI agents into product features and internal tools
• Use AI development tools to improve speed, quality, and workflows
• Structure development workflows around AI tools while maintaining engineering quality and long term maintainability
• Lead technical discussions and help shape engineering standards across the team
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and other developers
• Debug production issues across APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, queues, and distributed systems
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical roadmap discussions
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong React skills and understanding of modern frontend architecture
• Experience working with MSSQL databases and query optimization
• Practical AWS experience, such as ECS, EC2, S3, or similar services
• Experience designing and shipping complex product features end-to-end
• Experience working with LLM APIs or AI-powered product features
• Proven experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar
• Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, maintainability, and scalability in technical decisions
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hybrid availability for our Tel Aviv office

Nice to Have

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or agent frameworks
• Experience in B2B SaaS or product-led companies
• Open source contributions or side projects
