We operate across New York, Austin, Nashville, and Tel Aviv, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to play a key role in driving data-informed marketing decisions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing media platform performance, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and fuel Vi’s growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of marketing and business dynamics, and can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations while creating dashboards that support marketing strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and pipelines for integrating data from multiple sources/tables.
- Build and optimize data models that serve as the foundation for reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain data integrity dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all BI layers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of queries, data models, and reports.
- Support the democratization of data by enabling self-service analytics across the company.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to evolve Vi’s data warehouse and BI ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, preferably in SaaS or data-centric companies.
- Familiarity with dbt, Qlik Sense, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Strong SQL expertise, with hands-on experience building complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and automation
- Proven experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows.
- Proficiency with BI visualization tools (Tableau preferred; Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Independent, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (written & spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
