About the Role:


The Technical delivery manager will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end delivery of projects involving data pipelines, integrations, platform deployments, and solving customers problems—ensuring smooth execution, cross-team coordination, addressing customers & business needs and managing a team of 4 employees.

In this role you’ll work closely with internal teams (SE, CS, DataOps, R&D & Product) to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology and Product.


What You’ll be Doing:


  • Cross-Team Coordination- Act as a bridge between internal teams (Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, DataOps) to align technical and business needs:
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Product teams to translate requirements and customer needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers and the pre-sales team to address customer needs and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead the DataOps team in developing and maintaining data collection pipelines.
  • Ensure smooth operation, support, and monitoring of pipelines.
  • Manage the full project delivery lifecycle to assure customer requirements and SLAs are met.
  • Process Improvement & Methodology- Develop and optimize a scalable, repeatable implementation methodology to consistently enhance customer value delivery.


What You Should Have for the Role:


  • Experience- 3+ years in Technical Delivery Management or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • SQL & experience with data products is a must
  • Data & Engineering background- Previous experience in software development/ as Data engineer or Data analyst
  • Experience with web structures and APIs.
  • Experience with scraping / Selector / BeautifulSoup Library and Data analysis tools- is an advantage
  • Project Management- Proven track record managing in parallel multiple projects, cross-functional initiatives, involvement and Decision making.
  • Enterprise Experience- Exposure to working with enterprise clients and managing technical integrations.
  • Communication Skills- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • English Fluency- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
