A leading automotive company in Rishon LeZion is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join its IT division. This role involves designing, architecting, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions across marketing, sales, and service domains, while leading complex projects in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead complex Salesforce architectures with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technological solutions.
  • Hands-on development and customization using Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Plan and manage integrations with external systems (ERP/CRM and others).
  • Implement DevOps processes, including CI/CD, using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams while maintaining high coding and process standards.
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor teams and ensure high-quality solution delivery.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – strong advantage.
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Technical Architect.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL development.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Integration Architect, or Platform Developer II – advantage.
  • Experience with complex integrations (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft – advantage).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps – advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English – required.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service processes – advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities.
