We are looking for a highly passionate, skilled, and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a growing team of engineers, including mentoring, performance management, and technical coaching
• Remain strongly hands-on, contributing directly to backend architecture and development
• Act as the technical authority for core backend services and platform architecture
• Design and evolve distributed microservices powering data-driven and AI-based systems
• Drive architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate closely with Research teams to productionize ML models and data-driven insights
• Lead development of AI-powered internal tools delivering real-time commercial insights
• Guide frontend infrastructure evolution while maintaining strong backend standards
• Raise the overall engineering bar and promote a culture of ownership and accountability

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 1–2+ years leading engineers as a Team Lead or Technical Lead with people responsibility
• Proven ownership of production backend systems
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS preferred)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience with messaging or streaming systems (Kafka, SQS, Redis Streams, etc.)
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS a plus)
• Strong system design capabilities and architectural thinking
• Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
