Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Tech Lead to join a leading financial organization in Central Israel.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop Web projects within the digital department.
• Manage and mentor a development team, embedding an innovative and collaborative tech culture.
• Serve as a professional and ethical role model, ensuring accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, QA, Infrastructure, Development teams, and senior management.
• Oversee project execution, including monitoring, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field – mandatory.
• 5–7 years of hands-on development experience with strong proficiency in C# and React – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or project leadership experience – mandatory.
• Experience working with Figma – mandatory.
• Proficiency with JIRA – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Git – mandatory.
