As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our R&D team as a Full Stack Engineer. In this role, you’ll design and build reliable backend services, contribute to modern frontend experiences, and help integrate AI-driven capabilities into our platform. You’ll be involved across the stack end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on backend development while also working on user-facing features. Together with your teammates, you’ll deliver scalable solutions that create real impact for finance teams worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain web applications across the stack, with a strong emphasis on backend services in Python and frontend components in React.
• Implement robust system architectures, database models, and efficient data flows to support scalability and performance.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, while contributing to shared libraries, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver functional and user-friendly features that align with business goals.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack or backend development, building and scaling production systems end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Python and React, including experience with APIs, background processes, and user-facing applications.
• Hands-on experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL), including optimization for performance, data integrity, and scalability.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
• Independent, fast learner with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
