We are seeking a highly skilled Observability Architect with proven experience in modern observability tooling to join our growing consulting practice. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong presales and client-facing responsibilities. You’ll be instrumental in helping enterprise clients design, implement, and optimize end-to-end observability strategies across complex, cloud-native environments. As a key member of our architecture team, you’ll work closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to define monitoring strategies, recommend tooling, and deliver solutions that drive visibility, performance, and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
- Design and implement observability architectures for modern, distributed systems.
- Deploy and configure monitoring tools: real user monitoring (RUM), synthetic monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and application performance monitoring (APM).
- Define SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, alerts, and automated responses for proactive incident management.
- Lead assessments and gap analyses for clients’ observability maturity.
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to integrate observability into CI/CD and production environments.
- Support presales and client engagement: discovery sessions, demos, technical presentations, proposals, and documentation.
Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in observability, DevOps, or SRE.
- Expert-level Dynatrace experience; familiarity with other monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK, New Relic, Splunk).
- Strong understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Terraform, Helm).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Consulting or professional services experience is a plus.
