We are looking for a talented Machine Learning / Deep Learning Engineer to join our team at Elbit C4I & Cyber, located in Netanya

We’re fusing intelligent drone swarms with state-of-the-art deep neural networks to give national security teams an autonomous edge. Accuracy, safety and ultra-low-power execution are non-negotiable—and that’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do

Own algorithms end-to-end: concept, implementation, field rollout

Scout the latest research, choose the right approach, and design the architecture

Write clean, efficient C++/Python that runs in real-time on constrained CPUs

Validate and improve your code in live flight tests and iterate fast

Lead your domain, steer adjacent systems, and define autonomy in real-world ops

Architect scalable data pipelines and experiment systems to handle large-scale ML production

Push New Autonomy Pillars

Autonomous navigation

Perception / sensor fusion

Automatic target recognition (ATR)

Object tracking

Tech stack you’ll touch

Deep Neural Frameworks – PyTorch/TensorFlow

Classical CV – OpenCV, geometric vision, feature pipelines

NVIDIA acceleration – CUDA, TensorRT, cuDNN, DeepStream

Interchange & deployment – ONNX, Docker, Git (+ CI)

Data Engineering & ML Experimentation – NVIDIA DALI, MLFlow, Weights & Biases

About You

M.Sc. (or exceptional B.Sc.) in EE/CS/Physics/Math

3+ years building production-grade in ML algorithms

Fluent in modern C++ and Python

Carves milestones, clears blockers, lifts the squad

Takes initiative, challenges assumptions, raises the bar

Energized by curiosity, uncovers answers independently
