The Land Systems Plant within ELTA Systems is looking for an AI/ML Engineer.

The Role Includes

• Data collection, monitoring, and development of Big Data-based solutions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• System-level optimization of distributed sensors across various sensing domains.
• Analyzing data and processes and improving multi-system efficiency using data-driven AI.
• Implementing ML pipelines to optimize physical systems across varying operational scenarios.
• Applying systemic, analytical, creative, and innovative thinking to solve complex challenges, with high motivation, adaptability, a system-level perspective, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Signal Processing – mandatory.
• M.Sc. – advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in Deep Learning, including development in Python.
• Experience with C++, MATLAB, and Docker – mandatory.
• Proven experience with AI-based coding tools for code development and optimization (Vibe Coding) – mandatory.
• Proven experience in AI-based engineering – advantage.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering – advantage.
• Familiarity with LLMs, Vector Databases, CI/CD, and SQL – advantage.
