- Set the vision for our engineering journey, driving impact across Web, Mobile, and Frontend with a strong full-stack foundation.
- Work with Product, Business, and partners to align on goals, roadmaps, and outcomes.
- Translate business needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Ensure engineering best practices in architecture, monitoring, deployment, and production operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Act as a hands-on leader when needed: reviewing code, guiding architectural decisions, and unblocking technical challenges.
What you have:

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise as a Frontend-focused Fullstack engineer, with strong skills in TypeScript and modern web/mobile frameworks (React, React Native, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Backend systems and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience building and scaling web and mobile applications.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling large engineering teams.
- Strong product orientation: ability to balance technical trade-offs with customer and business impact.
- Experience working directly with product managers, business stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a strong plus.
