TSG Group, a leading defense high-tech company, is hiring an Algorithm Developer to join our Data Fusion team!

This is a meaningful and impactful role, contributing to homeland security, based at our headquarters in Or Yehuda.

Position Overview:

• Development and implementation of advanced data fusion algorithms from multiple sensors (Track-level / Sensor-level Fusion).
• Sensor data processing, including noise filtering and time synchronization.
• Design and optimization of advanced filters (e.g., Kalman filter).
• Building and evaluating statistical models for sensors in various coordinate systems (WGS-84, UTM, ECEF, etc.).
• Error bias algorithms for active and passive sensors (Radar, SIGINT).
• Integration of algorithms into Real-time / Near Real-time systems.
• Participation in lab and field experiments, performance analysis, and reporting.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in data fusion / target tracking algorithm development.
• Deep knowledge in filtering and Data Association/Fusion.
• Programming experience in C++/Java/C# and Python/Matlab.
• Ability to integrate into complex, multi-layered systems.
• Strong self-learning skills and personal accountability.
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills in English.
• Availability for ~25–30 extra working hours per month.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Advantages:
